5 Ways To Live a Simpler Life
Implement these 5 things to start on your journey towards a simpler, stress-free life.
I find myself getting overwhelmed A LOT! One of my main goals for self-improvement is to simply live a simpler life! I want to share the top 5 ways I am actively working towards a life of simplicity.
1. Use Amazon!
I am going to shamelessly plug Amazon. I LOVE AMAZON. As a busy woman and mother, I don’t think I could survive without it, I mean I actually might not be able to function… All joking aside, I sincerely find amazon makes my life easier. If you don’t use Amazon on a regular basis- seriously give it a try! If you’re like me and you don’t want to go shopping with your kids in tow or you just want to come home to your stuff already delivered, then amazon is definitely for you!
2. Make freezer meals!
I recently experimented with doing a freezer meal swap with my MOM’S group. Not only was it fun, it made meal planning for the week a breeze! You can start a meal swap or you can make freezer meals yourself. I will be writing about how to do a freezer meal swap tomorrow- check back for the new post!
3. Try a meal delivery service.
I have spent the last couple months experimenting with all the different meal delivery services! I am always struggling with meal planning. I have found meal delivery services to be the perfect balance between meal planning and simplifying my life. I am currently using Home Chef but I will explore all the different meal delivery services in another post!
4. Start the 30-Day Minimalism Game!
Meditation! Now this is a topic that I don’t have much knowledge on BUT meditation is a life changer. Try doing some short meditation exercises before bed. Even implementing this into your routine a couple times a week can have a huge impact on your mental and physical wellbeing.
